Cancellation policy

BEARD SAVVY — PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders: Beard Savvy products offered for pre-order may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order begins processing for shipment.

The Beard Savvy Ultimate Beard Kit is currently scheduled for official release on November 27, 2026. Pre-orders will begin processing and shipping after the official release.

Cancellation Requests: To request cancellation of a pre-order, please contact Beard Savvy through our Contact page or email beardsavvy.inc@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number with your request.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After that point, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds: Approved pre-order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If Beard Savvy is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer will be notified and provided an appropriate refund.
